This is a cheese with low fats and a particular taste owing to its characteristic shape which reminds us of the peak of Mount Athos. Its taste is based on the unique hand-made production method. Indeed, it comes as no surprise that a cheese made in the shadow of Mount Athos has not only won the plaudits of cheese lovers but has also won awards in competitions and festivals.
